New websites for Havant and East Hampshire Citizens Advice
We’re delighted to let people know about the launch before Christmas of two new websites that we designed and built for East Hampshire and Havant Citizens Advice.We really enjoyed these two jobs that were run side by side as the client’s really sought to gain the full benefits that a website could offer a charity and it’s users. The Bureaux Manager Jon Stewart was determined that these websites should meet all the latest modern standards in terms of design and responsiveness but he was also keen that they served as really useful tools for engaging with the community.
To this end the sites were both fitted with specialist, secure web forms that would enable effect advice by email. In addition we fitted out both citizens advice sites with a Live Chat facility. Many people like the instant response that they can get through Live Chat and it makes the bureau’s services so much more accessible. With screen readers, font size selctors and colour contrast options, the sites really go the extra mile in terms of accessibility.
In addition I think I can claim that these are the first two local Citizens Advice websites to be built and launched in the new colours and branding.
