Rachel O'Reilly
Rachel started out in marketing by helping set up a hip-hop record label whilst still at university. With a killer marketing strategy, she soon got the white label records played on the Westwood show and coverage in all the industry magazines. This successful launch led to a job in extreme sports marketing, promoting skate brands as a marketing manager in the late 90’s.
Since then she’s worked on marketing projects from social marketing for the public and third sectors to lifestyle, tourism, beauty, and health sectors. Rachel is a creative thinker with a passion for people and projects that make change happen. A smiley face and a hardworking brain she’s great to have on your team. Rachel is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
Jamie O'Reilly
A strategic thinker, Jamie is great at getting a solid understanding of the issues at hand and the stakeholder positions before embarking on a marketing exercise. He has in-depth knowledge in the health and engineering sectors and has worked in public, private and not-for-profit sectors.
Our clients love his can-do supportive attitude and the fact that he will ask questions that help them achieve their goals. He leads the morph team ensuring all our projects are delivered to the highest standards. Jamie is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and holds an MBA from the University of Birmingham.
