Social Media Training in Portsmouth
Rachel recently delivered marketing and social media training in Portsmouth to 40 Yacht Brokers and Surveyors at the National Museum of the Royal Navy in Portsmouth’s Historic Dockyard.
Invited to speak by the Yacht Brokers Designers & Surveyors Association, YBDSA as part of their Training Day and AGM the event comprised training sessions and a tour of Boat House Four, followed by a delicious lunch in the National Museum of the Royal Navy. The event fell on the day the Queen came to Portsmouth to visit the Dockyard so security was tight but there was a great atmosphere.
The 40 strong group then moved into the Princess Royal Gallery for the social media training. Many had travelled across the country for the training day and had high expectations of the event. Rachel O’Reilly, creative Director at Morph PR and Marketing used her wealth of marketing experience to take questions from the floor and covered subjects such as defining your markets, personal brand, tone and style and showed examples of a range of social media channels being used in the world of yachting.
